1. Information we collect

What we collect depends on how you use TaskMV:

• Everyone: phone number (verified by SMS code) and, optionally, email address.
• Taskers: full name, national ID or work permit number, a live selfie, a photo of your ID/permit, bank account details and an optional bank QR code image for payout records, and your GPS location while actively online or on a job — used to match you to nearby requests and to share your live position with the Customer during that job.
• Businesses: business name, MED business profile document, contact details, and bank account details.
• Customers: saved addresses (including an optional on-site contact name/phone if you're booking somewhere you won't be), and job details you enter (description, photos, voice notes).
• Everyone, when relevant: photos or voice notes attached to a job issue or dispute report, and a payment slip image if you submit one as proof of a subscription payment.

2. Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Verify that accounts belong to real, identifiable people and businesses.
• Match Taskers to nearby job requests and show live tracking during an active job.
• Let a Customer and Tasker reach each other for a booked job (e.g. an on-site contact number).
• Confirm subscription payments and keep an accurate billing record.
• Review reported disputes and job issues.
• Send account-related emails — receipts, payment reminders, approvals, and password resets.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what's needed to complete a specific job — a Tasker's name, photo, and phone number with the Customer they're matched to, and vice versa. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal details are removed and your phone number is freed for reuse — job and payment history stays on record (without your personal details attached) since it also belongs to the other party's history and to our billing records.

5. Your rights

You can review and update most of your information directly in the app. See how to delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.

6. Children

TaskMV is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site -- which pages get viewed, and roughly how people arrive here -- so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address and browser/device information; we don't use it for advertising, and we don't combine it with your TaskMV account. Some cookies are also strictly necessary for the site to function (for example, keeping you signed in to the business dashboard). See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we'll ask you to review and accept it again the next time you open the app.
